Our featured presentation will be given by David Sapper.

David joined Customized Energy Solutions in January 2007. David provides monitoring and analysis services regarding ongoing developments in the policies and rules of the MISO markets. He also provides economic and regulatory consulting services, including litigation support. In addition, he represents the interests of the MISO LSE Coalition, a group of over 20 largely transmission dependent municipal, cooperative and similar electric utilities throughout the MISO region. FERC has favorably relied on his testimony in cost allocation and market power cases.

David earned a BA in Economics from Trinity University (TX) and a PhD in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
